Fitness.At Project Fit we believe that our bodies are a gift to use for the glory of God. This gift needs to be strengthened, conditioned, and tested so that we are ready for the unknown that life may throw at us. Because of this, we aspire to achieve fitness through constantly varied, functional movements, that we perform at a VERY high intensity.

Community.A community that is supportive and always striving to better itself is priceless. At Project Fit we strive to become this kind of community through challenging each other physically, mentally, and spiritually. The relationships developed within the community go beyond the casual as both trainer and athlete struggle, sweat, and conquer together.

Transformation.Transformation is the heart and soul of Project Fit. We believe that everyone needs someone who's only ambition is to see them grow. With accountability and constant availability of our staff, all of our athletes are guided into becoming the best possible version of themselves possible. We yearn for each athlete in this community to learn the importance of a complete healthily wholistic lifestyle.
